SHIPPING TIME

   – Please ensure to provide complete information (including house number, apartment number, etc.) for your shipping address. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund for orders with incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

  – Production Time: (The amount of time it takes to manufacture your custom order. It is calculated starting after you place your order.

+) Non-personalized products:  Order processing time is 5-7 days.

+) Personalized products:  Process the design and confirm it back with you: 1-3 days and Order processing time is 5-7 days.

  – Shipping time: About 9-15 days From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination( included SAT and SUN).

• The time frame above provides estimated delivery times for orders to the United States. For other countries, please note that delivery times may vary and could potentially increase by an additional 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination address.
• In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
