Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ RETURN POLICY? Refunds: If you request a refund (which is highly unlikely because you will love our products), please send the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will issue you your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order. Please contact us before sending your package, we will notify you the shipping address to send to. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet after we inform you, please first double check your bank account. Secondly you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Thirdly, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please inform us.  Items not arrived The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 30 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what you prefer. Customer can choose from refund or replacement. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.

REQUEST TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER

You can cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours since the time your order is placed. If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet.  Return Policy:

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 14-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • You received the wrong item (size, color, product).
  • You received a damaged/faulty item.
  • Poor print quality.

WARRANTY

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the condition unless the condition is our fault
